Bojan is a German Patent Attorney, as well as European Patent Attorney with technical expertise in the areas of chemistry, in particular organic, medicinal chemistry, pharmaceuticals and medicinal biotechnology.
Bojan has in-depth knowledge on oppositions, freedom-to-operate, due diligence analyses and infringement actions. Furthermore, he has an outstanding track record in representing clients in oral proceedings before the Opposition Division and the Boards of Appeal at the European Patent Office. Bojan can represent clients before the German Patent Court, German Supreme Court in the nullity actions and as a patent attorney in litigation cases before the German Civil Court.
Prior to founding Savic Patentanwälte, he was partner in one of the ten biggest German patent attorney firms.
Bojan is fluent in German and English.
He ist Member of the German patent lawyer´s association (PAK), Member of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi) and Member of the International Federation of Industrial Property Attorneys (FICPI).
